Hey I am 18 i live in scottsdale arizona and I really need a good job where i can work full or part time... my current retail job pays nothing and I want to work in a flower shop or a florist company. Does anyone have any tips on how to apply? (usually they dont have applications and some are family owned) any ideas?

Go visit several and ask about job openings. You will have to start at the bottom and work your way up. Another idea is to take a flower arranging class at a community college or night school. This will give you some design experience and you'll likely meet someone who may be able to put you in touch with a store looking for help. This is a tough employment market so keep looking!
