All the mazda dealers are outside scottsdale, and its really hard to drive there(phoenix) and get normal maintenance done. Hence looking for any trusted mechanic who can work on Mazda MPV

You should go to: http://www.mpvclub.com/ I'm sure someone on there will be able to recommend someone near by that knows their stuff. Good question though. I had the same question with my first MPV after realizing that most mechanics treat them like they are just another vehicle- which they aren't.
