are there lots of construction workers available to do work on homes in the scottsdale area? With new home construction down, are there plenty of companies/people available to do home improvements? Are they more reasonably priced these days? or still cost too much? thanks, right now, I am thinking of buying a house. and wondering how bad of a house I can get. to fix up.
